Dr. John, I'd like to see you do a video where "fully vaccinated" is replaced with "fully engaged in keeping oneself healthy." I'm in my 70s, have no diagnosis, and take no meds. I get good sleep, eat no inflammatory foods (sugars, carbs, seed oils & etc.), and exercise regularly. I am not living in fear and my stress levels are low. What are my chances of being hospitalized and/or dying compared to the majority of the population that eats the Standard American Diet, has comorbidities, and lives with high stress? I can't imagine that the CDC has ANY data on this, but I think metabolically-ill people are driving this pandemic!

Excellent video Dr. John. I keep telling this story. At 65, I was prediabetic, had high BP, was 30-pounds overweight, and had a ton of brain fog; so much so that I was considering stopping driving. At that time I switched to the Keto diet. Now at 73, all my maladies have reversed and gone away. I'm driving with ease now. Removing the inflammatory foods (sugars, grains, most carbs, and seed oils (corn, soy, canola, safflower, etc.) made a massive improvement in my health. I also take supplements, get a lot of sun, get good sleep, and of special mention, I take Black Seed. I am certain that Keto and my other new practices added better and more years to my life.

Thank you Dr. Campbell. This is an excellent synopsis of health vs. disease. The only quibble I have is about the old view of saturated fat. I changed from eating seed oils (canola, safflower, corn, soy, etc.) to eating saturated animal fats, coconut oil, and olive oil. My health changed dramatically for the better. Please take a look at the keto diet; there are many resources on YouTube such as Diet Doctor, Dr. Sten Ekberg, Dr. Berg, and Dr. Ken Berry. The standard American diet with seed oils is making us fat, diabetic, causing heart disease, cancer, and dementia; suffering from insulin resistance/metabolic syndrome. Please do some due diligence around saturated fat. Thanks. My wife and I have enjoyed watching your broadcasts throughout the entire pandemic!

Thanks Dr. Campbell. I am 73 and have not taken advantage of this shot in the arm thing. I have no comorbidities, do not eat inflammation-causing foods, get good sleep, good exercise, and take the appropriate supplements. The other day I swung a 10-pound sledge hammer for four hours and wasn't sore the next day. It has been years since I had a cold or the flu. I have a wonderful low-stress wife and am living a good life. At this point, it seems to me that for a healthy guy like me, this thing as good as over (unless it mutates in reverse). The risk/benefit for me, in my opinion, is all one sided. At risk people should be protected, of course, but I would like to see an end to all mandates, fear, and madness. They have caused so much harm in the world and have not been scientific in their application. By the way, I was vaccinated for everything as a child and several times in the military oh so long ago. I'm not anti-vax. I've never had a flu shot. Viruses are nature's clean up crew. This virus is not an equal-opportunity infector; healthy people generally skate by while sick people pay more dearly. This has been a pandemic of the unwell (insulin resistance, obesity, diabetes, CVD, high BP, and etc.). I could go on for hours but it's time for my siesta. Peace.

I appreciate Florida's free thinking. However I do wish they had defined "healthy fats." And I disagree with prioritizing vegetables. I was a vegetarian for 35-years. I ate, and grew organically, many many vegetables. And of course I ate "heart healthy" vegetable oils, or more correctly named seed oils. Year by year, my health got worse. 2.5 years ago, I switched to eating the Carnivore way; meat, eggs, butter, salt, and water. That's it. In this time I have reversed T2 diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, gum disease, brain fog, and a bunch of other things. Animal fat, especially from ruminant animals is non-inflammatory and far superior to seed oils. I'm 76 and am enjoying excellent health and energy. I'll never go back to eating those nasty plants!

Big pharma laughing all the way to the bank yet this is still all experimental and so many unknowns. Thanks, but I'm putting my money, literally, on boosting my immune system. With no diagnosis of any metabolic syndrome diseases, and a box of I ver mec tin in my medicine cabinet, it is good to not be afraid of Covid-19 or any of the thousands of varients to come. I'm 73 and may be in the "old" category because of my age, but I fit better in the twenty-something category because of my good health. WHY aren't we all focused on better health? I know, sugar addiction, brain fog, and junk food marketing pressure. To me, watching all this is like watching a dramatic Latin American telenova.

I am so tired of ALL of this. I have never had the flu shot and I don't get the flu. I don't get colds either, for many years now. I don't have a diagnosis of any disease caused by insulin resistance/metabolic syndrome. My BP is very normal and I can brisk-walk a mile without distress of any kind. I don't eat sugar (in any form), no dairy, no grains, and no omega-6 oils. Basically I eat the keto diet. I take all the supplements recommended by the FLCCC, have a box of Iv er mec tin on the kitchen counter, get a lot of sleep, and reduce stress as much as possible. I take precautions, but I don't over-sanitize my body or my environment. People have had bad Covid all around and very close to me, and they all think that the way I live my life is strange and somehow too limiting. I may have had Covid recently, as I was tired for about four days. This virus is going to tear through our world until people realize that the Standard American Diet is crap and causes all manner of disease. The food pyramid is one of the worst things that has happened to humanity. I'm in my 70s, love to rant, and am getting crankier by the day. Love and peace to you all.

I take excellent care of my health. I have no comorbidities, no diagnoses, and take no meds. I suspect that the lockdowns were absolutely meaningless in saving my life. Zero point zero, or as you may say Dr. John, zed point zed. I'm still unvaxed and to the best of my knowledge have not even had a sneeze over this thing (even though people in my employ were quite ill with it). Heck, I can't even seem to get Omicron. If I ruled the world, I would say that in the future, protect the vulnerable and let the rest of us get on with life. This virus is not the same for everyone -- it has been a pandemic of the unwell. An outcome of junk food, too much insulin resistance, too much sugar, too many carbs, too little Vitamin-D, too much stress, too much fear, and too little sleep.
