  1. We will not "vaccine" our way out of this. Ever. The only way through this is to make the virus irrelevant. I haven't had the flu or a cold in eight years now. Nor have I had any shots for anything. The big elephant in the room that few are talking about is our health. For me, I adopted the keto diet and intermittent fasting. Over these years I have reversed insulin resistance/metabolic syndrome/obesity/arthritis/prediabetes, brain fog, and etc. I now have no diagnoses and take no medicines. Supplements yes, but medicines no. Viruses thrive in unwell bodies. Sugar and carbohydrates are massively addictive and cause most of our lifestyle-driven illnesses and diseases. Remove the comorbidities and the viruses will not get a foothold. The only way out of this is to clean up our health. I'm 73 and am saddened watching so many of my friends suffer and die needlessly early. Poor health is largely optional.
