  1. Good post Dr. John. Is there a study of how restrictive measures in this current moment of Omicron are working? For example, here in Panama, masks are still mandatory when outside, even walking by oneself on a sidewalk. Seems to be a policy in search of science and arguably not effective.

  2. I take excellent care of my health. I have no comorbidities, no diagnoses, and take no meds. I suspect that the lockdowns were absolutely meaningless in saving my life. Zero point zero, or as you may say Dr. John, zed point zed. I'm still unvaxed and to the best of my knowledge have not even had a sneeze over this thing (even though people in my employ were quite ill with it). Heck, I can't even seem to get Omicron. If I ruled the world, I would say that in the future, protect the vulnerable and let the rest of us get on with life. This virus is not the same for everyone -- it has been a pandemic of the unwell. An outcome of junk food, too much insulin resistance, too much sugar, too many carbs, too little Vitamin-D, too much stress, too much fear, and too little sleep.
