  1. I'm curious about the length of the needle. Suppose one person is very lean and another person is very obese. Do they each get the same length needle and is the needle driven the full length? Is the needle too long for a very skinny person, could it hit bone? Is the needle long enough to get through the super-obese person's fat layer? If not, it would be injected into the fat, no? Suppose an old person in a nursing home with not much muscle mass at all -- where does the jab go? Is giving the jab a perfect science?
