With no diagnosis of any metabolic syndrome diseases, and a box of I ver mec tin in my medicine cabinet, it is good to not be afraid of Covid-19 or any of the thousands of varients to come. I'm 73 and may be in the "old" category because of my age, but I fit better in the twenty-something category because of my good health. WHY aren't we all focused on better health? I know, sugar addiction, brain fog, and junk food marketing pressure. To me, watching all this is like watching a dramatic Latin American telenova.
