Dr. John, I'd like to see you do a video where "fully vaccinated" is replaced with "fully engaged in keeping oneself healthy." I'm in my 70s, have no diagnosis, and take no meds. I get good sleep, eat no inflammatory foods (sugars, carbs, seed oils & etc.), and exercise regularly. I am not living in fear and my stress levels are low. What are my chances of being hospitalized and/or dying compared to the majority of the population that eats the Standard American Diet, has comorbidities, and lives with high stress? I can't imagine that the CDC has ANY data on this, but I think metabolically-ill people are driving this pandemic!

@LilyGazou I think that although it is rewarding in many ways to work to be healthy, that it is a lonely endeavor. I am watching peers my age drop like flies from diabetes, heart disease, dementia, and etc. Each and every one of them poo pooed my lifestyle. Oh well.

@dylanhart4930 Thank you. I hope your family and friends recovers completely. My wife and I follow the FLCCC I-MASK Protocol for supplements and have a box of I ver-mec tin on the kitchen counter to take at the first sigs of a hangnail or anything else! Stay well!

@itsm3th3b33 You're on the right track, but it is more complicated. After two tours in Vietnam, which encompassed three rounds of all vaccines, I came home with an auto-immune disease. I am now extremely sensitive to any medicine that I have since taken, and any chemical that I am exposed to (fabric softener, scented candles, the list goes on). (One antibiotic capsule had me in convulsions.) So I am very wary of putting any chemical in my body. In 1980 I was in such poor health that my doctors sent me home from the hospital "to make myself comfortable." They should have added, "and die." My mother took me to an alternative doctor, and since then I have been on a quest to improve my health through diet and lifestyle changes. I am in very good health now, but don't dare risk going the jab route.

I had three mandatory rounds of all vaccines within a two-year period when I was in the military (Vietnam years). I struggle to this day to keep my immune system on a somewhat even keel. I am not an anti-vaxer, but I believe there is a limit of how much outside influence the body can take.
