  1. For me, eating the Carnivore diet changed everything. Diabetes reversed/blood sugar normal. Arthritis gone. High blood pressure now normal. Now I WANT to be active. And on and on. I'm 75, have no diagnoses, take no pills. I'll never go back to eating those inflammatory sugars, carbs, seed oils, and those nasty plants plants.
