  1. Here's the route I've taken for myself. Your mileage may vary. No dairy. Extremely low carbs. No seed oils. I eat lots of omega 3 fats. Lots of veggies, meat, eggs, and BACON! I used to eat the Standard American Diet, and was massively unhealthy. Now, I no longer have diabetes, high BP, arthritis, brain fog, and etc. No shots of any kind for many years now. I never get colds or the flu. Now at 73 I'm fit and healthy. This is my story and I'm sticking to it.

  2. False hope? This is OTC here in Panama. I've seen it save several lives. Kept people out of the hospital. My wife and I used it prophylactily and haven't had so much as a sneeze. This"news" report is a hit piece. MSM cannot be trusted. I knew before watching what slant they would take.

  4. This is a disease of the unwell. Poor diets and lifestyle choices drive this mess. Insulin Resistance / Metabolic Syndrome / low Vitamin-D is the real pandemic. We will not pill or jab our way out of this. Our medical system is an illness care system, not a health care system.

  6. A person I know just had her fourth shot. Her health has declined after each one. I talk and talk but she still believes the swill on MSM. Oh well, can't save 'em all.
