  1. After four years together with a good sex life, we decided to get married. In the car on our way to our honeymoon, she announced, "I don't want to have sex any more." No lie, it's the absolute truth. We tried therapy and sex therapy for her, but to no avail. We were divorced a year later. Oh, and from my experience, once a couple goes to therapy, there is a very high chance that it is already too late.

  3. I feel this way. I've been retired in the mountains of Panama for nearly 20 years. When I think about moving back to New England, the walls seem to close in on me. With the richness of all the ways I have grown and changed, I could never fit in there again.

  6. Nutrition: I'm 76. Three years ago I was having lots of health issues including T2 diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, overweight, brain fog and on and on. Then I learned about the Carnivore way of eating. Now I am healthy and have no diagnoses and take no medicines. Health at any age is important. But when you get older and aren't yet done living, nutrition is vital. I'll never go back to eating those inflammatory plants "foods."
