  3. There is the Proper Human Diet and there is malnutrition causing the vast majority of our modern illnesses. I'm willing to assign some smaller percentage to environmental toxins, emotional stress, lack of exercise, and poor sleep. But the vast majority is diet. You can't outrun a bad diet.
