  1. I think the legislature got off the logic bus at the wrong stop. I'm wondering if the police are liable for not identifying and stopping the drunk driver? I'm wondering if the legislature is liable if the drunk driver assaults the gas station clerk for not selling the driver gas? I'm wondering if there is any end to this madness?
