Don't pray. Get healthy. Poor lifestyle choices are making us sick with obesity, prediabetes, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, dementia, Alzheimer's, and etc. I eliminated all sugar from my diet, drastically curbed carbs, cut out all seed oils (soy, corn, canola, safflower, and etc.). I eat the keto diet now and all my maladies have reversed, lab numbers are ideal, now no diagnosis, no meds, no colds and flu. Massive difference in my health and I no longer fear this thing. 73 and I feel great!

This will not stop until people get healthy. Comorbidities worsen the outcome of this virus. Comorbidities of obesity, prediabetes, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, dementia, Alzheimer's, and etc. are largely due to poor lifestyle choices and/or poverty. We will not shot, jab, poke, or pill our way out of this. I eliminated all sugar from my diet, drastically curbed carbs, cut out all seed oils (soy, corn, canola, safflower, and etc.). I eat the keto diet now and all my maladies have reversed, lab numbers are ideal, now no diagnosis, no meds, no colds and flus. Now at 73, I feel great. I'm painting my house now, and my wife doesn't even get nervous when I am working on ladders and planks high off the ground. This is a pandemic of the unwell. Viruses rule an unhealthy host. Your mileage may vary.
