  1. My food plan is to skip the expensive veges and carbs and eat the Carnivore diet (check it out). No one ever died of a carb deficiency. Take the money and buy eggs and fatty cuts of beef. Pound for pound, animal products have the highest nutrition. My health has improved dramatically. Food is not entertainment, it is nutrition. Our tongues have been corrupted by sugar and carb addictions. Beef, butter, bacon and eggs baby! End of mini rant. I enjoy your videos!
