  1. I'm 75 and live on an extremely tight budget. My diet consists of the cheapest, fattiest ground beef, eggs, salt and water. This cheap way of eating is wonderful. We don't need to waste money on sugar, carbs, and even veges. The funny thing is that my T2 diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, and on and on have improved 100%. Being poor is the best thing that has happened to me! This is the Carnivore diet. YouTube is full of videos and people who have spent less and dramatically improved their health. A bonus for nomads is that food prep and kitchen cleanup is a snap.

  2.  @girlanonymous  Thanks! No, not always tight budget (I don't consider myself poor). 2008 plus medical expenses for my wife's medical, plus a couple other misshapes did us in. Even if one thinks everything is okay, it can turn on a dime!
