  1. I'm 74, eat the Carnivore diet, am in excellent health, have no diagnosis, take no pills, and have no intention of getting tested. The Standard American Diet is not a healthy way to eat.

  3. I'm no expert, just a guy with a lot of time to watch hundreds of YouTube videos. But from what I have seen, cholesterol is not the problem. The problem is inflammation caused by the Standard American Diet. Sugar, carbs, seed (so called vegetable oils) oils. Look up the difference between non-oxidized cholesterol and oxidized cholesterol. The difference is that these inflammatory foods create free radicals and change "good" cholesterol to "bad" cholesterol. I'm in my 70s and all my health markers improved along with my health when I stopped eating all that junk. Now I eat the Carnivore diet with massive improvements in my health. Don't take my word for it. Do the research for yourself.
