  1. Thirteen years in Panama now. Built a nice house in the mountains. Have wonderful neighbors. Tiny petty crimes of opportunity. Keep your nose clean and no problems. Cost of living has increased over the years. Nature, nature, nature. Pretty good weather. Healthcare expensive compared to Mexico or Colombia. Medellin, Colombia is only an hour away by air where there is excellent healthcare.

  2. The best way I have found to be healthy, happy, and engaged with life is to eat the Carnivore diet. I'm 75, eat only animal products, mostly beef, and am in excellent health. No more diabetes, arthritis, and etc. I'll never go back to eating sugar, grains, seed oils and plants. Good health makes all the difference!
