  1. The best way I have found to be healthy, happy, and engaged with life is to eat the Carnivore diet. I'm 75, eat only animal products, mostly beef, and am in excellent health. No more diabetes, arthritis, and etc. I'll never go back to eating sugar, grains, seed oils and plants. Good health makes all the difference!
