  1. It's funny. I used to pop my knuckles and my wrists were so loose that I was afraid it would come out of joint. I was frequently at the chiropractor's office. Twenty-two months ago I switched (from 35-years as a vegetarian) to eating the Carnivore diet way. Now it is almost impossible for me to crack my knuckles, my wrists are strong, and I haven't been to the chiropractor in all this time. Plus, my prediabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, gum disease, brain fog, forty extra pounds, and on and on completely went away. I'll never go back to eating sugar, carbs, seed oils, and even fruits and veges.
