  1. I am in my 70s, retired and living on not much $$$. The crash of '09 wiped out much of my life's saving. With age and health stacked against me, I have little ability to financially regroup. Yang's $1,000 a month Freedom Dividend would be a life changer for me. Add a second $1,000 a month for my also retired wife and the weight of financial struggle would be off our shoulders. I think $15 an hour is a fantastic idea in principle as long as it doesn't lead to cutting hours and faster implementation of automation of entry level jobs. There would have to be some sort of leeway for non-profits and small businesses just starting out or $15 an hour would stifle startups and mom and pops. Small businesses drive our economy. To do $15 an hour and not do the Freedom Dividend would be shortsighted. So in principle, I'd do both too. Yang's independent thinking in the White House would be an amazing change from the Washington status quo. Yang 2020! FORWARD!
