  1. I reconsider my eating the carnivore diet every day. I consider how much better I feel. I consider how much healthier I am. I consider how much more energetic and alive I feel. I consider how delicious this way of eating is. Every day I confirm that this is the way I will eat from now on. I'm 75. It is wonderful to no longer have a long list of down-hill illnesses and a pile of pills to take. Now no diagnoses, no pills. I love this way of eating!
