  2. Thanks for having this guest. I've eaten the Carnivore diet for 16 months now. Before this, I was a sickly vegetarian for 35 years. Now my health is excellent. I'm 75, have no diagnoses, take no meds, and feel great. This is the best health of my life. I'll never eat another plant. Cattle raised sustainably are a great benefit to the planet!

  3. Hmmm. I wonder if there is a connection between the promoted primarily plant based diet and most of these health problems? I switched from vegetarian/vegan to the Carnivore way of eating a year ago. All my health problems have reversed course. I'm 74 and will never go back to plant based.

  7. I eat a pound of 75/25 ground beef every morning for breakfast. Love it! The high fat gives me lots of energy and holds me until supper time.

  17. My wife and I have lived in the mountains of Panama for fifteen years. We have close relationships with several working class families. Over the past few years it has gotten harder and harder for the husbands and wives to find work. They have told me that it is because the Venezuelans are taking the construction and housekeeping jobs for much less pay. These Panamanians are hard working people who are being pushed to their limits.
