  1. Even in natural food stores, sugars are everywhere. I quit all addictive sweeteners a few years ago. I was sick as a dog for six weeks. Was it worth it? YES! No more pre-diabetes. No more cravings. Threw out the grains and most fruit with the sugars at the same time. No more hypoglycemia, can easily go seven hours without getting hungry.
