  1. As Andrew explains it, every other advanced country has a VAT. Andrew is proposing a VAT rate of half of the other countries tax rate is. As he says, where are they going to go, and are they going to ignore the United States which is the largest market? The tech companies will stay, play, and pay.

  2. When I die, I will rot and stink. People will be paid to get rid of me as soon as possible. People will say what a wonderful person I was. Or not. I will know nothing and be nothing. Very romantic and poetic, no? I enjoy not living a delusional life.
