Don't eat hospital food! My wife and I had candida for nearly ten years. She brought it home from the hospital after open heart surgery. Medicines didn't fix it. The ONLY way we found to rid ourselves of it was to quit all sugars (including fruit), all grains and carbs, and to go on a keto diet. We are now three years without any candida outbreaks. The changes we made in our diet are worth every minute of being candida free. Being on keto allowed our gut flora to rebalance; We no longer have leaky gut. I"m 73 and feel significantly better than when I was 65 and was failing fast. I am certain that my wife has added years to her life. Getting to good health takes work to overcome sugar and carb addiction!
