I heard somewhere, probably from Barbara O’Neil, that people with ‘high’ cholesterol taking statins, acquired memory disorders, once off it, they got better. Also, the LDL markers are superficial and having ‘high’ cholesterol isn’t what directly causes heart diseases, many doctors that have been going against the grain have stated so. Follow the paper trail,,,,,, pharmaceuticals are the reason for this. One of many reasons.

@AnAnonymousObject If I have a gambling problem, drinking, drugs and smoking issue, and someone comments that I’ve done a 180, that means that I’ve only given up half of those addictions. However, if you say that I’ve given it all up, then shouldn’t it be a 360? Because you’ve made a complete turnaround with a fresh start. It’s not about the physics of a circle when speaking of a life change, it’s about having a new beginning and making positive changes along the way. If you’re doing a 180, that means you only gave up half of your addictions and not all.
Now, this can go in the opposite direction as well. If I’ve never had addictions, and then I picked up two of the four that I’ve listed above. Then, I deem it appropriate to use a 180 turn, since I’m not the same person that I used to be in the past. Overall, and to close, I think that when speaking of a total life change, that a 360 turnaround is the appropriate cliche to use.

@AnAnonymousObject P.S. I’m generation X, so younger generations will not understand 🙏🏽😊👍🏼
P.P.S. Quoting the research 🔬 online: When referring to a circle to describe a complete change in a person, you should say, “She made a complete 360.”
A 360-degree change is referring to the idea of a complete change, something totally different, and/or the opposite of what something/someone used to be. It is not about physically moving around the circumference of a circle and coming back to the same spot, therefore indicating no change.
The sentence, “She made a complete 180” to describe a complete change in someone is incorrect, as 180 degrees is not complete.
It seems that people who say, “She made a complete 180” are referring to the physical point that is opposite from where they started, which may describe the opposite extreme, but not a complete change.

Hello dear one, I empathize with what you’re going through. Life isn’t easy, for none of us, we all get different levels of struggles, each tailored to how much we can handle, and I know you are strong enough to have a breakthrough and have an understanding of what this planet has to offer for your soul journey. Only one thing is guaranteed in life and that is death, everything else that happens is up for grabs, it’s our perspective on how we take the punches, which will define our outcomes. I’m 46 today, but in my teen years, beginning at 13 I was suicidal, I dealt with major depression and suicidal ideation for a couple decades, I never thought I would be free of it, but thru an NDE, at 38 yrs old, thru a last suicidal attempt, I was ‘shown’ and ‘felt’ the truth of this reality that we live in. I’m more at peace now. Thru lots of self medicating of psychedelics, street drugs, and finally did a 21 day water only fast a few years back, and this is what cleared my depression completely and along with the physical ailments and addictions I had. We have the ability to heal ourselves, without the use of drugs, if you will allow it and intend for it. I used cannabis since I was 19 and stopped at 39, it was used daily and it was used medicinally, but like you, I would say to others it was my way to escape the issues in my life. What I am trying to say to you dear one, is that whatever you use, be it THC, cocaine, shrooms, LSD, etc,,, using in mindfulness and with respect and within limits, will always be in someway a healing experience. This is what I was shown by the universe. When you are using THC, you are not escaping, it’s helping you get by the rough times you are going thru, because your mind isn’t ready to have a positive perspective/energy with the struggles you are dealing with. But you should take baby steps to mentally strengthen your mind into gratitude, without the use of drugs, even during the hard times for this is wherein the power lies. I wish you all the best. Forgive yourself and forgive those who hurt you. I love you unconditionally ❤🙏🏽 Good luck on your healing journey 🌞

@rawmilkmike I see. Nice. Thank you 🙏🏽 for that info.
Yea, I stopped eating meat and sugar, now I am pain free! Doctors weren’t able to help. I was immobile and deathly sick for 4 years! I water fasted for 33 days & cured myself! No need for doctors. I noticed when I ate meats, pastas, and sugars, I felt sick, had fatigue, couldn’t stand for long periods of time, I cried because of the chronic pain! Drugs didn’t even help, let alone the doctors. But since taking meat out from my diet, I’m much healthier, happier, & my insides work better and I can move now. 🙏🏽💞☀️
Thank you for your support. I love you 😘

The medical, federal, governmental, social, educational, institutional, industrial, and religious systems are all demonically controlled and corrupted. The earth is satans turf, and we are almost at its full maximum. We all must fall, hit rock bottom, in order for us to rise… 🔥 it’ll be a while till that happens, but till then we all must keep our hearts open and stay vigilant. ❤🙏🏽
I love you ALL, but like a good neighbor, stay over there 😘🌼

A few years back I was guided by my guiding light to Fast, or else all the health issues I was dealing with will eventually turn cancerous, and at the point of diagnosis, it will be too late. After much coaxing (1 yr 1/2) by God/Universe to fast, being confronted by unavoidable signs, I gave in and fasted for 21 days, drinking only water. Prior to fasting my health was ill, since the fast, I’ve been mobile, exercising, and well. Much more fasting is to be done, but the 3 week fast, no eating anything, catapulted me into a future with a healthier life, extended life. I’m a true believer that complete long term fasting can cure Anything. Autophagy. 🙏🏽💫. Thank you for your life and breath, I love you all unconditionally.

@jheize2907 my heart goes out to you. Thru suffering comes great strength dear one. Don’t give up, ask universe/God to give you signs for what you need to do/change in life. Don’t be stubborn to the messages. They’ll come in indiscreetly. One is to learn to love self unconditionally, to forgive yourself and others, to let go of the past, and to always be present. To have gratitude, even in the worst of times. Because that’s when the best manifestations happen. Little by little you will understand and see things clearer. The point of awakening is for soul growth, & to be in a better place in the afterlife, because, this place, isn’t permanent, and our true home is elsewhere. From my personal experience, I had a near death experience from a suicide attempt, and I was blessed to be able to see, feel and understand the immense love that ‘our creator’ has for us. When we die, we aren’t judged by God, but we judge ourselves, thru feeling what we have done in this planet towards other lifeforms we have crossed paths with. This, I say, from my personal NDE experience. I pray you find your way. It’s a lonely journey but it will be worth it. 🙏🏽🌙 💜

@user-rm7gq8mv2zefgbhdgjn to put in a nut shell, yes dear one. Not harming ourselves, or others, seeing life with no judgement, regardless of how atrocious somethings can be,,, it really weighs in during that process right after death. I’ve been pretty much isolated from people since childhood, for different circumstantial reasons, but it’s taught me to hear the silence, & that’s when important things are understood & learned.. now, at 46 yrs old, I’m comfortable being alone, finally giving self care, doing what’s right to my body, and accept anything that comes my way. There’s no more resistance, only a knowing that everything will be all right ;) 🙏🏽
I water fasted for 21 days (a guidance by the Holy Spirit) it really helped the healing and kicked me into high gear. No more severe depression since then (3yrs ago). Physically, mentally and emotionally cleansed. Truly a game changer. ❤️🩹♥️

@amy_ambrosio in case you have time to extend your perspective on ‘awakening’ (because it’s always to have awareness):
In spirituality, an awakening can be a state of mind that allows a person to see and accept the truth without judgment. It can also be a call to a higher consciousness that shifts a person's worldview and mindset. Some say that awakenings can lead to personal growth, resilience, and compassion. They can also manifest as a disconnect from old belief systems or self-image, and may be accompanied by physical symptoms like headaches, fatigue, or stress. Other sensations associated with an awakening include increased empathy, heightened sensitivity, and deeper feelings.
Awakenings can last from a few seconds to a few hours, but can sometimes be longer. After the experience, some say that it's time to integrate the new perspective into everyday life and relationships. 🙏🏽🌟💕😘
