The only thing this shows is that the military is not transparent enough and the pentagon has some idiots in it. All of this, we already knew. Oh and don't forget that the news won't do any investigative journalism but would rather take an easy story and report on it for the 50th time. Also as far as I've heard it, the reason pilots don't bring cameras is because it's actually really hard to see anything with the naked eye when it comes to spotting other airplanes or things in the air, particularly when high speeds are involved.
