  1. The prosecution seems to be sneaky and not forthright with this case - why that is, we don't know. Most of the public feel that there are things going on behind the scene to try and protect certain people or certain aspects which should be considered, such as the rampant drug industry going on in Moscow. It is a DRUG HUB and it was in fact a DRUG HOUSE, where locals, students, Greeks, criminals, etc. were able to buy drugs from a drug dealer. The prosecution seems to be covering by all excusing the two surviving roommates as "victims" when, in fact, they are much more liable to be "suspects" than victims. The Prosecution has done nothing about the late, 8 hour, delay in calling 911, even though it is very clear that these two girls made numerous phone calls, including to their parents who provided them with lawyers prior - hours prior - to anyone phoning 911. Something is very wrong - are these two surviving witnesses above the law as they are from powerhouse families?

  6. The 'egg-juror' was bought and paid for by the defense. She was furious she was let go from the jury and not able to vote her 'not guilty' as she had been paid to do. She gave defense the names of jurors who might be persuaded to take money or future legal coverage for themselves or kin. They did find one other. They complain of where some of these jurors live and they were knocking on doors and some slammed the door in their slimy faces. How corrupt can they be? They selected the weakest link. That book was a saving grace for them. Egg juror is a liar and a paid for juror which was let go as she was too pro defense and very vocal to many in her home town. What a slime these two lawyers are - they must be taken down! Does this other juror who did it seems remain on the jury and able to vote guilt or not guilty realize the seriousness of what he/she was doing? Did the slime ball attorney Halpotpot got them tell this juror it would be a felony with ten years imprisonment to lie on an Affidavit to the Court? Interesting. Moscow should trade their case and have SC as the venue and SC go on up to Idaho and try the killer again there. He has life, but in Federal prison - which he desparately wants - which he plead guilty to for the $Ms he stole. Corruption was and is just a way of life in SC and Idaho. What did he do with all that money? Can't someone explore ways these two slimy lawyers are getting paid?

You mean the Moscow police force who later were fired or suspended for trying to pin a murder crime on one doctor of another, while it was the killed doctor's wife (whom one of the officers was dating) who paid someone to commit the crime? Since the day she stepped into prison she has never made a misstep - has used the time to become educated and got her Ph.D as well as Masters in many other disciplines. She used her time wisely, no violence, no marks against her whatsoever. At 73 do you think she would be a danger to society? She can come live with me if she wants, wish all the people I know would use her as a role model.

  12. Had a home in Colorado and my neighbour had moved there about a month plus, it was his mother's home, and he was now there. I had made plans to go to Dallas and packed up and left one morning. Never in a million years did I think of telling the neighbour I was going to Texas. Well after two days passing without seeing me he had the hotel (connected to our homes) go in my home and see if I was okay. My car was gone. My dogs were gone. No sign of me. Decided everything was okay and my neighbour was still worried somewhat. What a surprise I got when I heard the story - but found it very nice of him to check on me.

But Payne could not find a similar BIG LOUD SUV similar to Demetrius' SUV, seen there that night, so what did he do - scrubbed Vehicle 2 and just went with the car he found to match Demetrius' brother's car, which sadly happened to be BK. Doesn't anyone fine it beyond the pale that BK's car was taken apart, piece by piece and not a hair, no blood, no trace of blood clean up -- zero, zip, nothing found in BK's car.

  25. I believe there is a political situation in the Low Country between SLED and what used to be there which were handled by the Murdaugh family completely. SLED is new to the table and the black eye they are getting from the Defense and the Murdaugh Team is difficult to actually believe. I don't know who this Chief Alexander belongs, but think it is in the old camp. imagine, you are having car problems and you call the Chief of Police to come and help you. Wow - oh Wow - the rest of us would be phoning a friend or a taxi -- never heard of calling the Chief of Police. This Alexander's name came up before as being present when Nathan, an intern, cashed a check for Alex and Alexander was in his office. Seems he also ran afoul of the law - maybe ten years ago - but seems to have gotten back in LE -- with the help of the Murdaugh's without a doubt. Time to flush out these people and run those counties with integrity and honesty, not the Good Ole Boys laws.

He, being in the 101st Army himself, had no problem getting a sheath of a Marine knife. He rubbed it on BK's car door handle, and voila, there is your touch DNA. He also owns a butcher shop. But, the darn DNA just wasn't big enough sample. The first Lab said it couldn't be tested as there wasn't enough. And, with this first Lab diluting it even further by trying to test it, Bill, Fry, JJJ, Green, and the Cartel got together and found a Lab willing to be paid to find DNA when there just wasn't enough. YOU HAVE TO REREAD THE FIRST OF THIS CASE WHEN THEY WERE BLATANTLY UNORGANIZED.

Dan was having her law license to be removed by misfeasance in their divorce proceedings, $200,000 missing, and much more; but after Dan's death it all went away. Wendi got $3 to $4Million and moved or relocated. She got all the money and the ability to keep her law license.
