  1. I feel sorry for those officers in that, how could they not follow orders. In saying that no human is going to worry about their job or following orders when it was clear he was dying in front of their eyes

  2.  @LJ-ht4zs  Yes agree. Systemic changes are sorely needed in the screening and training of new recruits as well as ongoing assessments and or updated training of long serving members of the force. PTSD can do a lot of damage but appears to go unaddressed by the system
