  5.  @GamerTNGTY  The violence of J6 may have been insurrection, protest, or tantrum. But the attempt to bully state electoral officers into "finding" votes for Trump which weren't there, and the false-elector trick, certainly were insurrection attempts - attempts to subvert the Constitution which he had sworn to defend, and that is the criterion in 14A section 3.

  6.  @bobcob3362  The presumption of innocence only applies to criminal defendants. Not to people who want to be listed on ballots. Who gets listed on a ballot is up to the individual state where the ballot in question is.
