  1. Not everyone knows this, but if you can’t get mifepristone (aka RU486 aka “the French abortion pill”), the long-standing, popular medication METHOTREXATE can be used instead. So instead of mifepristone followed by misoprostol you prescribe methotrexate (low dose) followed by misoprostol. Methotrexate has been around since the 1950s.
