  1. Yes, and that is why we require doctors to carry malpractice liability insurance. Perhaps we should make gun-owners do the same.

  2.  @andrewholmes1889  I'm not only saying that gun-owners should have liability insurance (although you're right, they should). I'm saying they should be required to have it, as a condition for being allowed to own a gun.
