  4. Senator Graham asked "Can an unborn child feel pain 20 weeks into the birthing process?" Her answer was pretty good: "I don't know". I would have answered: "Senator, I have never heard of anyone whose birthing process lasted 20 weeks. If there were a childbirth in which the process (sometimes called "labor and delivery") lasted 20 weeks, I don't know whether the baby would feel pain, but I'm quite sure the woman giving birth would. (Brrrrr!)"
