  1. Ban the shadow docket. Just pass a law that SCOTUS can't make decisions that way any more. The justices will complain that their case-load will increase and they'll be overworked. Solution: expand the court! Add ten new seats, so that there are 19 justices.

  2.  @whiteknightcat  No. If we think small, the Republicans will just add more when they get legislating power again. Really we should expand it to 49 seats so they won't be able to counter-expand it without making it larger than the Senate.
