As I recall, and I’m not an historian, so I could be wrong, but as I recall last time, Germany, invaded Poland, they did so, with the blessings of a lot of the Polish people by promising to protect them from the Soviet union and from the Jews. So, if Poland is requesting that German be stationed in Poland, that’s not very reassuring.
