  1. "Make America Great Again" was never a good slogan, not even when Ronald Reagan used it (one of his slogans was "Let's Make America Great Again"). I interpret it in terms of science and technology, because I'm a retired antibody-chemist. We should not be trying to recreate old scientific accomplishments. (Nostalgia is nice, but it's not a strategy.) We should be accomplishing new ones. No more MAGA, please; instead, MAEBTIHEBB: Make America Even Better Than It Has Ever Been Before.
