  1. What should we do when the baby has birth-defects which make it unable to live after birth? I ask because those are the only babies we "allow to die" - the ones which cannot be saved.

  2. What a load of horse-sht. Sure, not all states have state laws to explicitly outlaw killing abortion-survivor-babies, but Federal law does outlaw killing them, so it's illegal everywhere, just as ABC said.
