  1. It's always amusing when the actual accuracy of legendary military rifles gets discussed, compared with many peoples' assumptions--burst bubbles, anyone?? Your discussion of the Red Army's thinking regarding a DMR of heavier caliber than the standard weapons back in the '50s immediately made me think of the current US Army M7 rifle.
