  1. Good on you, Ian for bringing up newly available information. I had read that the change to DA only was a safety issue, to help prevent NDs in less-trained hands. Modern revolver shooters, Miculek, et al, confirm that a tuned revolver fired DA is far faster (and as accurate) than firing in SA mode. I have heard, though that the Enfield DA pull was atrocious (again for safety); is this true?
