  1. A Kar98 with ZF-41 is what I though Jeff Cooper had in mind when I first read about his scout rifle concept. When considering accuracy, remember we have been spoiled. Until the '80s, 1 MOA was a grail goal for elite marksmen; the rifles had to be almost hand-built and tuned.
