Same thing happened to my husband(we are Australian) and others that were contracted to work in a bank in Germany and after a couple of years the bank started bring in Indians (I have no problem with Indians they are lovely people) because they were cheaper than the Aussies. Well some of us left to go home and guess what ? They wanted us back as a lot of them could not do the job we were doing, we DECLINED.
