  1. As I see it, that area has farmers and the powers that be want them OUT. To build new homes especially sea views. So for YEARS the democraps have deliberately turned a blind eye on something that happens every year, and NOT having a budget to defend against fires. Plus like in Australia there are thugs (may be paid by Soros) that light fires to have a discussion on the Global warming myth !!!!!
