  2. Which means you are GUESSING. Flynn's job WAS communication with Russians and other Countries. Did that fine point escape you. You either didn't understand what Barr said, or are just lying. Flynn was ONLY charged with the lying. However it was ALSO a Federal Crime for the Agents to LIE to Flynn. Maybe THAT part confused you.

  3. In Flynn's case the FBI had THREATENED to railroad his son, the way they railroaded the General. So Flynn plead guilty to PROTECT his family from ANOTHER malicious prosecution. I hope that clears up your confusion. BTW, the FBI agents who LIED to Flynn, also broke Federal Law. Yet they get a pass???
