Under Trump $6 Trillion in overseas profits of US companies was Repatriated into the USA. Although tax rates had been cut, by 2019 IRS Collections were UP by 4% - The slight bump in the Deficit caused by the tax cuts, was nearly all paid back… Then the CCP virus hit.
