  1. Impeachment is a No Lose situation for the President. If an actual Roll Call vote passed... It would immediately give Republicans subpoena and other powers they DON"T have now. Lost of things Dems don't want looked into. If the Roll Call vote does not pass.... It exposes dozens of Dems in tight Districts to losing in 2020. Remember the Clinton Impeachment. Nothing happened to the President. But control of Congress flipped. It will be just the same with Trump.

  6. Pass the USMCA and China will see the light on Trade. If China was under the impression that Congress supported the President, they likely would have ALREADY done a Trade deal.

  7.  @rudai123  Once it goes out of a Committee, where it is and always has been. Then according to standard Impeachment protocols both Parties have subpoena power. In the current Committee ONLY Dems can use subpoena power. ( The Floor Vote would have to pass, otherwise NOTHING would change. )
