Now EXCEEDS the entire Military Budget. BTW - Before the CCP virus hit... Trump had gotten US Companies to repatriate $ 6 trillion of cash that WAS languishing in foreign countries. Between Bush Jr & Obama we had lost 60,000 Factories in the USA. Under Trump Policies 12,000 Factories CAME BACK !
