  1. While the Value of a Dollar has dropped by 25% since 2020. DOW was right at 30,000 ending 2020... Just in order to keep up with Inflation up to now... Would need to be in the DOW 37,500 range. So DOW @ 40,000 would be a Real Gain of just under 7% since Dec 2020. Though obviously SOME stocks have Skyrocketed. Much of the Gains in the DOW are from just 7 companies.
