  4.  @Mksterk1998  While that is certainly true to a degree. It is also true that you can go from high priced coastal property.... Into a crime /drug / street people zone.... In just a few blocks! However unlike any 3rd World countries.... Supermarkets here are packed with about any item you might want. State by State is also hit or miss.

  5. After 6 rate hikes in a row from 2017 to 2018. After the China trade war, pretty good! WE should have by history already had at least a slight recession. We did NOT. We are now into the longest continuous Peacetime economic expansion in US history!
