  3.  @radeononi758  They have been caught faking test reports. Without the test, the steel is a GUESS! Evan a major Japanese supplier was caught caught FAKING test results for years! BTW, I work in the aerospace quality field. Which is why I know these things. Russian aluminum is high quality, aircraft grade. Chinese aluminum is mostly commercial crap.

  5. China already let yuan drop by 15%. Making a 15% tariff = zero to consumer. China will likely let it drop to -25%, to keep up exports. Making a 25% tariff = zero to consumer.

  7.  @DarkArtistKaiser  I guess we need some common terms. I meant by "Good paying" jobs that are at least about 3x the Fed Min Wage. In many States that is a nice decent living. Those States are where most of the new jobs are ( Rustbelt ) In California making $25/ hr means you can almost afford to live here! Studio apts just under $2,000 a month in the Media District here. Three bedrooms would be in the $3,000 to $4,000 range. Have a great day!

  10.  @OldWalkingCrow  Correct you are. I was referring to the whole deal. IN other words xmas toys and so forth are about unchanged. I was just pointing out that a lot of the Sky is Falling complainers actually don't have much to complain about! BTW, we still do not have an actual "Infrastructure" Bill.... that is going to pass anytime soon. ( Sarcasm on -> I mean after all COngress has been doing so much good work for Citizens recently.
