There is NO other Reasonable Explanation for HOW they came into Biden's possession. - He STOLE them from a Secure Viewing Area. It would be analogous to finding Marked Crime $$ in someones safe deposit box.... Only THEY could have put it there! Even VP Biden had ZERO ability to Declassify ANYTHING.
