  1.  @ralphholiman7401  The more accurate Train Metaphor... Would be that Dems want to go over the downhill and over Cliff with a full head of steam... While Republicans have already applied some Braking action... But without enough Locomotives to Engine Brake the Decent... The normal Brakes will simply burn up and do little. Indeed both Parties are packed with self serving blowhards.
